Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Guest Recovery Book, a service of Zantix LLC(“we”). By creating a store you agree to them on behalf of the business that runs the store.
The service
Guest Recovery Booklets a restaurant team log a guest’s bad experience, follow it until it is made right, and keep the record. It is a tool for your team’s own notes; what it shows comes from what your team enters.
Accounts
- You must be 18 or older and authorized to act for the business.
- Keep your password and store code private. Anyone with the store code can join your store.
- You are responsible for what is entered under your store.
Trial, price and payment
- Every new store gets a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start.
- After the trial, Guest Recovery Book costs $14.99 per store per month, billed monthly by card through Stripe.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
- You can cancel at any time from Billing. The subscription runs to the end of the period already paid; there are no refunds for partial months.
- If a payment fails we’ll retry and email you. If it keeps failing the store is paused until it’s fixed. Nothing is deleted.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice by email.
Your data
What your team enters is yours. We use it only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. A manager can delete the store, and everything in it, from Account.
Acceptable use
Don’t try to break into other stores’ data, overload the service, or use it for anything illegal. We can suspend a store that does.
No warranty; limits
Guest Recovery Bookis provided as is. We work to keep it up and accurate, but we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and we aren’t liable for business decisions made on its numbers. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending things
You can stop any time by cancelling and, if you like, deleting the store. We can end the service with 30 days’ notice, or sooner for a breach of these terms, and would give you a way to export your data first.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
